Can any body tell me regarding the pseudo analysis using triple quad and quantification of the ion.

Any publications regarding this??

I am analysing one compound using both quad lenses are monitoring the same ion. And i am getting very good results. I have done method validation and got good results the %RSD is within 3% for all the precision and accuracy batches.

Please let me know regarding this analysis

Does the molecule fragment? Maybe use a transition or two if possible. I know the CVM has criteria for non-psuedo analysis. I *think* it's 2-3 transitions and collecting the parent. All should be within a ratio of 10-20% from standards to samples.
