Hi, can any body tell me HPLC method for the determination of Lacidipine content .

Thanks in advance.

Pubmed reports several methods when searched using HPLC and Lacidipine, extracts from one of which is below. More details available at Pubmed.

J Chromatogr A. 2004 Jan 23;1024(1-2):115-22.
Development and validation of a liquid chromatographic method for determination of lacidipine residues on surfaces in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals.
Nozal MJ, Bernal JL, Jimenez JJ, Martin MT, Diez FJ.

The HPLC method selected involves a C12 column, at 40 degrees C, a mixture of acetonitrile-0.05 M ammonium acetate (88:12, v/v) as a mobile phase and UV detection at 282 nm.
