Bruker Scion 456 GC Won't initialize

My research lab has a bruker Scion GC, and it won't start up when turned on. The instrument monitor shows "starting up, please wait" but it never gets past this point. The oven doesn't heat up, and the autosampler doesn't move.

This problem started after the instrument was shut down in preparation for a planned power outage. I have tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, unplugging the autosampler, and simply waiting to see if it comes back to life. I have also confirmed that it didn't blow a fuse.

I am at a loss. So far I haven't been able to actually get in touch with a tech support engineer. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Thanks in advance!
Hi

Have you gotten your problem fixed yet? You say you have rebooted everything?
