morphine and LLE

Hello everybody

I know that there is a lot of references that set methods using SPE to extract morphine, M3G and codeine from plasma. I am looking for a LLE method.
Do you have any reference or experience ?????

Honestly, why trying to figure out a functioning LLE procedure if SPE works so well for plasma and urine.

Just because of the price of SPE columns.
I will do it anyway if I could not find any other LLE option.
