Hi Dears,

I was trying to look for a method on how to determine the concentration of moisture (H2O) and Oxygen (O2) in Pure and Recycled Hydrogen Samples, but unlucky though. Maybe someone could help me on this. The expected range of moisture and O2 impurity will be at ppb and sub ppb level.

Currently, I am having Agilent 7890B GC equipped with TCD/FID/mini PDD-HID detectors. I am also having Agilenty GCMS.

Hope someone could share their inputs. Thanks in advance.

Why GC ?
It's a nice method but not universal.
Find aproppriate standard from ASTM.
