LC-MS/MS method for PFOA and PFOS

Hi experts,

I need a LC-MS/MS method for separation/analysis of fluorinated organics as PFOS and PFOA. I have found one for water analysis but I also need one for biomatrices like fish, foods etc.
Can I extract them with 100% methanol from matrices?
