Hi all,

I am encounter bfb evaluation for gcms fail on ion 75. The probability may be is ion source dirty. However we just finish ion source cleaning and without running any sample. May i know have any other probability beside that?

Thanks
Seet
After you re-installed the newly cleaned source and pumped the MS down-- Did you perform an Air and Water Check? I assume you are using Autotune for your BFB. Are you able to get a GOODTUNE.SAV if you manually choose/average your scans?

In addition to this: you could copy/paste the checktune/autotune report here.

Most likely something went wrong in re-installing the source or pumping down.
