Hello,

I'm an electrical student and i need information about column chromatography.
I always have errors in my measurements and i didn't find the problem to fix it.
I use ISO 8420 for my experiment. After i finish i put it in vacuum and then calculate the amount of NON polar compounds.
Tough question to answer if you dont describe the method you are using to analyze the sample.

Have you tried extracting the compounds using a polar solvent to remove them from the oil?
