suitable method for Carbidopa and Levodopa

Dear all,

Here we are developing a method for Carbidopa and Levodopa in human plasma using LCMSMS. But still we are not getting good recoveries for above. We tried in many methods.

please advise us for improving recovery

Did you consider the recovery could just be matrix suppression of the analyte in the plasma versus standard response in the standard?
