Hello,

Anyone know if it is possible to amend the dilution factor in GC-MS Masshunter Quant software after the sample has already been run? As I omitted the dilution factor from my sequence list when the run was initially started, it is calculating sample results using a default dilution factor of 1 currently.

Thanks
Aaron
Hello

1.Load your sequence
2.In sequence table change dilution factors
3.Save sequence
4.Click "run sequence" button
5.In "Start Sequence" dialog choose "reprocessing only"
6.Run sequnce

It will run sequence with corrected dilution factors
Check report if you can see correct dilution factor value

Good luck

Not sure about your version, but in mine you can just right-click anywhere on the data in the quantitative software, add column => "Dil." and put your factor there. Re-analyze and done.

We usually never put dilution factors in the sequence table.
Thanks for the replies folks - got it sorted with the extra column in the quant table.
