Hi,

I am new to chiral chromatography. Can anyone suggest method for seperation of isomers of salbutamol / ramipril. I am using AGP column from JT baker. A couple of pirkle type columns are lying with me. Will the same application will work on DNBPG((R)-N-3,5-Dinitrobenzoylphenyl glycine) column or DNB-LEU(S)-N-3,5 Dinitrobenzoyl leucine column. If anybody have method for same, please send to me. This will same hell lot of my time and cost.

Why not ask the manufacturers of your columns?. Most chiral manufacturers offer free technical support.

If your AGP column is similar to ChromTech's ( which complies with USP L41 ), their www site has an application example for salbutamol.
