Do we need quick reply column? I think it will help them who have slow connection.

I'm not sure what you mean by "quick reply column"; if you can point me to an example link on another board, that may help. Remember that we are pretty much limited by the features available for the "phpBB" package that runs the Forum.

If you are referring to the ability to bypass the main Forum and communicate directly with another member, "private messaging" has been disabled because of the potential for abuse and spam. :cry:

For instance, in dissolution discussion group, http://www.dissolution.com/ when you log in you will find a box in the end of a thread as a place to write your simple message (no quote, no emoticon). You may click ‘post reply’ icon when you want to write more complex message.

OK, I see what you mean. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything similar as a pre-developed "mod" to phpBB, and I'm not enough of a programmer to even attempt writing my own. Sorry!
