Dear all
I am a new person in the forum.
My inquiry has to do with an analytical method (hplc preferably) regarding the assay of Raw material GERMALL 150, orelse imidurea, orelse imidazonidinyl urea.
Please consider this issue as high priority as it is very important for us to proceed with the analysis.
Thank you all.

Best regards,
John

1. there have been discussions on this, which may have some answers.
2. you need to ask more specific questions, if you want an answer. Do you need a method?

As I am mentioning on my e-mail - inquiry, what I am looking for is an analytical method to perform assay on the delivery of Raw material GERMALL 115 / IMIDUREA as a normal QC test to reverify that the delivery of Germal conforms with the specifications.

I would like to exclude the USP described titration method and stick to a HPLC analysis method.

Therefore, I would be grateful if someone could provide me with a HPLC method and colums-conditions and his/her personal experience on this issue and whatever difficulties we may come up with during the analysis.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,
John

Google search will give you few methods including the one from Hamilton:

Thanks Vlad!
