we would like to know the TCD conditions (column temp, injector temp, carrier gas flow rate, auxillary temp, detector temp) for separation of CO,CO2,CH4,N2,C3H6 using H2 as a carrier gas. we are using molecular sieve 13x (60/80 mesh, 30 ft) for this. plz recommend us the required TCD conditions for that.
aslo let me know the retention time for each gases.

Your elution order is N2, C1, CO, CO2 for the fixed gases for columns activated at temperatures above 330°C. Columns activated at lower temperatures can have CO eluting with methane or even before methane. For propane I have no data but I would suppose it elutes early in the chromatogram perhaps even with the CO peak.
Your detector can be at any temperature but I would recommend 100°C or higher.
injector and column temperatures should be at ambient or above.
Flow rates for 4mm or 2.1mm ID column should be 20cc/min or higher, and for 0.75mm or 1.0mm ID columns 5cc/min or higher.
