Hi all,

I am wondering if any Waters LC/MS users have experienced issues with the high voltage power supply failing? We have three Waters LC/MS in house and are having to replace our 5th power supply in 4 years. I am trying to determine if this is a common problem with Waters instruments or solely an electrical issue in our building. Thanks in advance for your input.
Hello

We've got Waters LCMS for few yars and there was no problems with power supply so far...
But...I remeber case in one lab. The problem was with power supply units for few MS systems. What I found was that this lab was close to train line and there were voltage fluctuations in power line from time to time when train were coming.

I'd recommend to check voltage stability in your lab sockets (especially when you're using MS)
