Hi Forum,
It's been a while - sorry -pressure at work for last 2 years.
I have been creating a PBM library and in the RT cell is the RT in minutes for each entry.
I have tried to screen data with it - thinking I have created a SCD. The SCD seems to pick up the ions but the search is only for 0 minutes for all 900 compounds. And the RT seems to be set at 0.000m for all my PBM compounds according to the report generated.
How do I set the RT for each compound in my PBM library? I have tried library entry edit and update. But this doesn't seem to work.
I can't see much help on this in Chemstation help.
Regards
WK

Fixed it. It seems you have to enter the retention time in seconds in the user cell. Then it converts it back to minutes when you use the screener
