hi,
my question is what part of chemstation on 1100 hplc system control the waittime in the sequence parameter window.
i use a macro to generate the sample sequence and run ahead immediately(by using PrepRun command in my macro). and now every time the sequence is ready to start, the waittime is being overwritten to 0 and also the shutdowm macro for post run is also gone.
i tried to save the method and current sequence with correct waittime and shutdown setting, doesn't work.
