Has anyone run into he problem of chemstations elapsed runtime clock running slower than real time? The time for a 35 minute run can take an extra 10 minutes and by that time the gc has already finished running its temperature program and cooled down.

The system is a 6890N connected to a relatively new pc running windows xp sp3 and chemstation A10.01.
In your method, is there a "post run time" set? I've noticed that there is some lag in the real-time display, e.g. it stays at 19.54 minutes then jumps to 21.31 minutes.
I think it was an issue with a failing hdd. Reinstalling on another pc and copying the hpchem folder I no longer have the issue.
