Does anyone have a listing of fatty acids, sterols, phospholipids, and ~glycerids found in eggs (whites and/or yolks)? The literature I have read usually deals with only a few specific compounds, versus the entire range. So I have a detailed outline, but just not the whole picture. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, I am starting a new project using SPE and I want to make sure what I am looking for on the chromatograph - in case I need to tweak the separation or solvents.
