I will preface this by saying i have never actually used this software. It is used by analysts in the lab where I work but I am no longer on the bench so my exposure has been limited.

I have asked the lab for a list of analytes in the Personal Compound Database with retention times. nobody has been able to figure out if this can be exported to excel (or some other form). To me it seems like something people would want to do, but as i've never actually used the software maybe i have no idea what i'm talking about!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

edited to add: the instrument being used is LC-TOF

Im not sure about PCDL. Is this in the Quantitative Data Analysis or the Qualitative Data Analysis?

I know in the Quantitative Data Analysis you can use File/Export/Export Table to export the table of analytes with retention time and results into an Excel worksheet.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
Thanks for response. It is qualitative analysis.

I know I can export the results of a specific analysis, but I am trying to get a list of everything that has been added to the PCDL. Logically you would think someone would have kept track of that but.....
