We have developed a GC method for the analysis of 7ppm Acetone and IPA in wastewater generated by the production plant. We want to perform wastewater analysis in our GMP lab but not sure if the wastewater testing has to be performed by EPA certified testing facility only? It that's the case then can't do wastewater testing in our lab. I would appreciate it if anyone can provide some EPA information/guidance.

Thanks,
If you want to test for compliance under your NPDES permit then you will have to follow the rules in the permit. Acceptable labs are usually accredited by your state (or Region).
If you aren't doing it for compliance monitoring then you won't be restricted.
