Hi,
I have a problem with Waters 2487 detector. The base line is smooth around 250 nm (UV wavelenghts), but when set to 550nm , it shows regular spikes every exactly 20 seconds. No matter what flow rate, mobile phase or gradient.
It would’ve been best if there was a chromatogram/data to illustrate the problem, but it’s most probably the lamp that's about to fale. If the spikes became more frequent with a faster flow-rate then it could've been an air bubble cycling in the flow-cell.

Best Regards
