Hi
I am using Triplus autosampler with Trace GC ultra and encountered a problem with the autosampler recently. After injection of the sample and going through the post washes, the autosampler would move to the vial in the next position, draw liquid from it and dispense into the waste bottle before it returns to its original position. I checked my method and all is fine the way it should be. The status of the autosampler screen says: Waiting ready input. However, my analysis is already running. On the far right of the autosampler, the green light flashes throughout the analysis.
Is there a way to rectify this abnormal problem? Thank you.
