Determining ctc/pal parameters

I'm using the agilent version of the ctc/pal for headspace analysis.
What are the general guidelines for determining the sampling parameters:
Syringe Fill Speed, Syringe Fill Strokes, Pullup Delay, Injection Speed, Pre Inj Delay and Post Inj Delay.

This depends from concrete situation (analytical task). Good start point: syringe vol/3-5 sec, 3-5, 500-1000ms, 100 ul/s, 0 ms, 0 ms.
