SIL-HTA(C) manual

Does anyone have this manual? Shimadzu lists it on their website, but it turns our that there is several weeks lead time to fill the order. It is just ridiculous! Are they going to print it to order?

There are no online/ downloadable manuals from this company, not sure why.
