I am stuck up with this detector again. I think there are serial numbers having manufacturing faults or something.
Lamp is new, M1,M2 mirros are okay, but it never comes to operational state apprear with Filter Initialization Error code again and again.any clue or suggestion at this stage
Regards
Which specific failure of the severals filter init failures mentioned in the user manual do you have...?
Did you flush the cell with plenty of degased methanol or water before power up? If problem persists, guess you need to call waters.
Thanx for responding so quick. Well. It just appears after lamp on then grating stage only displays Filter Initialization Error
After skipping this message its displays normally with ERROR. It's settled at Hamming and and Automatic filter.
Any clue

specific error is Filter initialization failure: No reference energy
The light path may be out of align for some reason , or the detector may be bad.
It could be a bad output on the low voltage power supply, or a bad Lithium ion battery on the main board...but usually in those cases, the detector keeps power-cycling itself during the initialization sequence rather than staying powered up with the error message.

The error usually indicates low lamp energy or an issue with reference diode. You can try a different lamp as I am not sure if you bought from Waters or another supplier to rule that out.
