Hello, I have began receiving the following error recently on my D.03.00 Chemstation with a Windows XP computer.

msinsctl.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x7c9108f3" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "written".

Any ideas what could be causing this? I have a 6890 GC with a 5973 using GPIB communication. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Close all of your open programs and shut down the computer (a complete shut down, don't do a restart). It should be OK when you power up and open your Chemstation instrument control. This usually happens if the gc top (I think that's the name...it's been a while) icon is closed.

Regards,
Cathy
