Baseline chromatography rises at the end of injection. I have a sample running 6.0 minutes a peak at RRT 2.5 and 3.2 and another 5 minutes as a square (not peak) me on the chromatogram. What could this be? Appreciate your comments. Thank you

And also please put information about your method:
-parameters
-analyzed compounds
-sample (solvent)

It is the best way to have clear picture what your problem is :)

Without information I can only guess: you are running a gradient?
Information on the mobile phase and composition of MP would be highly appreciated.

With a detection wavelength of 205 nm it could be almost anything.

Hello

Please provide more details (I mentioned that in first post).
I suspect that you run gradient and when peak elution in 5.3min starts, gradient is changing to initial settings.
