Hi there!

BFB mass 50 is failing in my tune (13%-14%). I am running 524.2 in Perkin Elmer Clarus 500. Any suggestions about how to troubleshoot?
Increase the ratio of ion 69 to ion 131 and 219, ion 50 is a test of your low end sensitivity.

Exactly.

Also when was the last time the source was cleaned? When running volatiles by purge and trap you don't need to clean often, but you eventually do have to clean it and losing the low masses is one thing that can happen when it gets dirty.
The past is there to guide us into the future, not to dwell in.
Thank you for your answers, guys. My systems just had its annual maintenance so I believe sources are clean.

Following tech support suggestions I set lens 1 to 10 and Lens 2 to 50 along with the LM at 12.5 and Ion Energy Ramp at 1. Problem solved. Hope it will help someone else with a similar issue.
