Hello everybody.

I faced a trouble with my HPLC - exceeding pressure in injection flow path. I diassembled the injection valve and washed the rotor seal (vespel) in water then isopropanol using ultrasonic bath.
Then i assembled the valve, it worked well for several injection, but now it leaks severely. Could the isopropanol somehow damage the vespel rotor seal?
Vespel and Isopropanol should be no problem. Please check for scratches on the rotor seal and the rotor seal housing.
