How to connect PC to Waters Quattro Ultima

Our company bought a used but good quattro ultima and I am trying to hook it up to Masslynx 4.1 on Window XP. I heard that I have to setup IIS system service on XP to build up the connection to the embedded PC of quattro ultima. However, I cannot find any help from the documents. Could anyone give me a detailed instruction or procedures on it?
