I am looking to purchase a second hand LCMS/MS to suppliment our aging/increasingly decrepit, but still ok when it works, 2795 + Quattro ultima PT. For the money we can scrape together we're looking at either a Xevo TQD or Quattro premier. I only have experience with the Ultima so do not have enough experience to differentiate between the two. As I'm running a protfolio of basic DMPK assay my requirements are
1) Sensitivity down to low nano / high pico molar
2) Quantitative and linear over the broadest range possible
that's pretty much it.
What are peoples opinions on these machines.
Any advise/opinions gratefully welcomed.
thank you
