Chromeleon vs. Empower

Has anyone ever performed a comparison between Chromeleon vs. Empower? :

[*]usability,
[*]user friendliness,
[*]user trainability,
[*]maneuverability
[*]and P11 compliance

If you have please share your experiences....
Pros and Cons.
Which would you pick leaving out the price factor?

It has been my personal experience that if you really know how to use Empower and you know how to use Empower very well ... you will find it to be the most capable CDS available.

It has also been my experience that Empower has the largest learning curve of all the CDSes available on the market thereby making it the most difficult to really know and use.
