Could someone help me with TraceFinder Report Designer? I find it impossible to make a usable report template. A;; their standard templates is useless. I can't even display accuracy..
I wish I could...I have been stuck with tracefinder for a year now, and I find it to be the most convoluted, non-intuitive, user-unfriendly mess I've ever seen. I managed to come up with a few simple report templates, mainly by trial and error, or just plain dumb luck. The good part about the system is that you can have it generate reports in excel spreadsheet form and manipulate the formatting and calculations from there.

Sincerely looking forward to the next upgrade of Chromeleon 7.2, so I can replace tracefinder
As far as I can recall the reporting in Tracefinder is done via Crystal Reports.. This is an external reporting tool.. It should be fairly easy finding a consultant who is experienced with Crystal Reports and get him/her to set something up for you.. Or take a course in Crystal reports
Kind regards

Which version of TraceFinder are you using? The 3.2 version includes a completely new reporting functionality that is more user friendly (at least compared to the old custom reports) - we find that it's very flexible and powerful for our application.
