stainless steel tubing break in the column fitting body

It prevent HPLC tubing to sit in the column. Do you guy know a better way to get it out?

That depends on how long a stub of tubing is in there. If there is enough that you can grasp it with needle nose pliers, you can try putting the end of the column on a hot plate and then try to pull out the tube when the end fitting gets hot and expands a bit (this is the way automotive bearings are removed and inserted into engine blocks).
The best/easiest approach might be to simply replace the end fitting (perhaps with one from an old column of the same brand and part number).

If its compatible with your work try PEEK connectors or the VIPER system from DIONEX. (Is excellent!)
I'm only an old chromatographer and I have no commercial connections, only a satified costumer.

To repeat what Tom said - it depends how much of it is in there. The more you don't tell us, the more more we can't help you.It prevent HPLC tubing to sit in the column. Do you guy know a better way to get it out?

I grap what I can with small Vise-Grip pliers, tight, then wiggle and pull.
Replacing the end fitting is a good idea, keep the column vertical and don't disrupt the packing if possible.
I like to use 2-piece fingertight fittings for the tubing to column connections, the tubing can be pushed up to eliminate dead volume, and breakage of these small tubing pieces is not uncommon in an R&D lab where columns are changed frequently.
Our production QC labs rarely change columns so their tubing lasts longer.

It is hard to find but it exists, very tiny drillers are used for model constructions and can help you to get the peace out.
