We test povidone K29/32 for impurities of the monomer, but I believe this is a polymer with a molecular weight of 58000 Daltons if I am not mistaken which would mean you would be looking at very large molecules which would not work well on a RP-HPLC

Formulations and Solution Properties

Properties
Approx. MW: 58,000
K-value: 29-32
Viscosity, mPas (5% solution): 2.5
Use Level: Up to 2.0 percent

Taken from a suppliers website.

Size Exclusion Chromatography might work better for something like this.
