Hello everyone,

I m trying ro determine povidone K29-32 in a pharmaceutical preparation with RP-HPLC with no significant progress so far. Does anyone have any suggestions, available methods or general guidelines?

We test povidone K29/32 for impurities of the monomer, but I believe this is a polymer with a molecular weight of 58000 Daltons if I am not mistaken which would mean you would be looking at very large molecules which would not work well on a RP-HPLC
