Ezchrom Intelligent report

Hi ,

I have created an Ezchrom intelligent report wrt client sst criteria.

It works fine on a number of result sets but on others it error 'statistics are not available'
Sequences have the same sst criteria, description, peak name (I am using description to trend results in report) but will not tabulate results using simple filters as before in previous sequences
Reprocessing and re entering descriptions does not solve the problem,, I have even created the report from scratch with no success

Is this another case of Ezchrom 'Bugs'

Hi..

I think intelligent reports have a major issue .

It seems from literature that for intelligent reports to work you require an 'acaml' file ? I maybe wrong

For some of our result sets when processing this seems to not be created, and just hangs on ' Creating acaml file'

I use sample description for trending the data but does not recognise this input,, I think it is due to acaml file not been created

Any ideas on fix ,, only other option ,, Excel ,.. joy !

on further lit search - acaml = agilent common analytical mark up language,, that's that cleared up then !
THis is required for intelligent report I think and result processing .

result processing fine.. just will not trend data in report ,, help !
