what is the difference between a regular CTC headspace vs transfer line?
And is it possible to adopt a transfer line method to a regular headspace.
Thank you,
Michael.

How different it is will depend on how similar the concentrations are. In particular how do you plan to measure the volume of water, and/or the final volume of the solution ?I have another question:
USP sample preparation for residual solvents specifies that the sample is weighted into a volumetric flask and then transferred to HS vial.
Will simply transferring the sample directly to the HS vial and adding water to achieve a similar concentration be any different?
