Chemstation A.09.03

I had A.09.03 installed on a Win2000 system with valid registrations, but unfortunately the hard drive died and we lost Chemstation. We have managed to recover the data and methods but have been unable image the hard drive because it is corrupted.

Could someone please tell me if this version would work on a Windows XP system? Trying to replace the PC with Windows 2000 is proving too costly.

Additionally, I cannot find the original installation CD and the Agilent call out fee is more than we can afford. If I could locate a disc of the correct version, would our license files work on it?

I'm based in Australia and there aren't a lot of inexpensive options unfortunately.

It's been a while, but I did run A on Windows NT if I remember correctly.
I also had a HD issue and my IT guy was able to recover the data on it. Magic me thinks. I don't know how but he took the HD and later the contents were on our server.
As for the licence, if you have it Agilent should be able to send another disk.

Provide E-mail address, we can supply a replacement A.09.03 disc (a copy), as you are the legitimate owner, so just replacement media. You'd type in your own license number(s). As to what A.09 revisions work with, we've never tried with Win XP here, still use Win2000 on one unit with that.

No problem with Windows XP. Will run smoothly. just don't try to uninstall it. else, you've to reinstall windows.
