Temperature intermittently jumps around erratically. Have replaced door board (several times), have replaced themistor/heater assembly, have replaced ribbon cables. Most recently: Temp was swinging last night. Rebooted the GC. The temp began giving a reading of 140 C (which is SP) but I knew the reading was false due to peaks coming out very late. When I opened the electronics cabinet the temp immediately went to 156 C. I started wiggling some temp control wires on the term board and the temp reading went to 128 C (which I believe was accurate). Oven started to heat up to the SP of 140 c at that time. It has held steady since. Any ideas?
Thanks
Steve

Most likely loose plug-in connectors or dry solder joints. Possibly a wire broken inside its insulation.
