GC MS saturn 2000 not starting up

GC MS saturn 2000 not starting up

Dear All,
Hope you all have great time.
One of our Varian GC MS saturn 2000 is not starting up. The software shows turbo speed reaching up to 64% and vacuum pump is in full speed. Anybody have any idea of why it is not pump down completely. Please advise.

I have never used a Saturn but make sure you don't have a big leak. Plug the detector, clean, regrease and flip the o-ring between the manifold and turbopump and try to pump down again.
