7890B with G4513A injector in Empower 3

We have a GC 7890B with G4513A injector. We can set up the GC if we use a manual injector like headspace, but when with use the injector G4513A the Empower 3 CDS bring a message "failed".

We have the same instruments but are controlling them with Empower 2. When we have received the "failed" error message the problem has always been something with the autosampler ex.....
1. no syringe installed or installed incorrectly
2. the autosampler is in the Park position
3. no sample vial or wash vial

Hi,
The problem is that I can't see the injector in the instrument method. Do you know if i have to install something to the lace or citrix.

Do you have an Injector specified in your method? If you open the method to edit it, there is a "Settings" tab. On that tab there is an "Injector" section. Do you have the radial button clicked for Front of Back injector?
