We have a CP-3800 and for some reason it has lost configuration with the modules. The icon for the GC is lost and there are no available modules in the task bar. How do I get them back?

Cindy,
Are you using GC MS? Which is your software?
If you are using MS WS there is an option in the "instrument " to setup Ethernet Communications and you can add your IP address of gc in respective column and you will get connected.
I'm sure you are out of this problem by this time .
