Hi,

I've been trying to set up a sequence to process exisiting data files into a calibration, but my attempts have been unsuccessful so far. The sequence is similar to how you would make a summary report, with Run Type 'Begin calibration' on the first line and 'End calibration' on the last line (see image below).

However, when I process the sequence, no points are added to the calibration curve. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? :)

Kind regards,
Hi Nuclear ,

Double check your peak group table for amount in level 4 for main active.
Is the std id number correct,, peak named etc

If using openlab no need to name runtypes (CALCAB) ,just use intelligent report and level required
Hi ydna,

Thank you for your feedback. The Peak/Group Tables is configured correctly (I'm not using an internal standard, so there's just a '0' in that field). I can add existing chomatograms to a calibration curve just fine with Single Analysis/Calibration, I just can't seem to make a sequence for multiple chromatograms.

I don't know what openlab is.

Kind regards,
Can I see a screen copy of the peak table and what you entered at level 4. Or better, send me the method and data files to my agilent email address and might be able to help you out
