Maintenance involves emptying the water trap before the trap becomes full, replacing the ozone filter based on SCD usage, and rarely replacing the gaskets whenever the vacuum pressure becomes too high. The downside is your reaction cell pressure is higher, 6-12 torr according to the manual, and that leads to slightly worse sensitivity but it sure beats working with an oil sealed pump.
