you can analyse citrulline after OPA derivatization (Aminoquant) - LOD around 1µM

we are doing amino acid analysis by HPLC after OPA/Fmoc derivatization (similar to Aminoquant)
do you know of a nice method to end up the system during week-ends or after a day sequence ?
