Shimadzu LCMS 2010A communication problem

Hi
I'm working on 2010A Shimadzu LCMSD.
I've connected LC together and LCMSsolutions could see LC.( LC 10A)
MSD and PDA are connected via SCSI card. I can setup card and scan to see PDA and MSD ( scsi scan).
in windows "device manager", I'm able to see PDA and MSD under shimadzu sub menu.
when I start LCMSsolutions, it says:" unable to connect to MS instrument".
PDA is not available in LCMSsolutions either.
I'm wondering if this is related to SCSI card and it's setup or software or not.
any comments or help is appreciated.

Finally I could find documents and could setup LC to work.
Now I'm working on 2010A MSD to get it work.
any helps or question are welcome.

anybody knows about SCSI connections in shimadzu?
Do I need a terminator?
what about manual for SPD-10Mvp Diode array detector? I need manual for this detector too.
for now, I'm dealing with SCSI connection and seems that I need a terminator.
