GC-MS host system problem

HI,

I HAVE PROBLEM IN GC-MS ,WHEN I PRESS PREP RUN BUTTON THERE IS MASSEGE APEAR IN DISPLAY (HOST SYSTEM) AND THE GC NOT READY :cry:
WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM ?
