Shimadzu SIL-20ac Trouble code: ERR TEMP SENSOR

The lab has an SIL-20ac... great machines. We're getting an ERR TEMP SENSOR code. Ignores all input. Still there after power cycling.
No mention of the temp sensor in our manual or any mention of this error code.

Any advice would be appreciated.

We checked the connection on the back of the SIL. It appeared to be exceptionally dirty. We cleaned it and touch wood all is functioning again.
